Warranty
At Cartesio, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 1-year warranty on all our mats. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur under normal use. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, as stated on your receipt.

Complaint Procedure
Complaint Procedure: If you do have a complaint about our products or services, please contact our customer service department. We take your complaint seriously and will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

How to submit
1.Contacting us: Send an e-mail to requests@cartesiomat.com or call +32 472 32 24 16.

2.Providing information: Provide a clear description of the problem, include pictures of the defects, and include your proof of purchase and order number.

3.Review: Our customer service team will review your complaint and get back to you within 5 working days.

4.Solution: If your complaint is justified, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.

Return of products
If you need to return the product, we will provide you with return instructions and a return label. We will refund shipping costs for returns within the warranty period.

Complaints to the Dispute Commission
If we cannot work it out together, you can submit your dispute to the Home Shopping Dispute Commission or another recognized dispute commission via the European ODR Platform(http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
