Delivery conditions for the Cartesio mat

1. General
These terms of delivery apply to all deliveries of mats ordered through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms of delivery.

2. Order and Confirmation
2.1 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please check this information carefully and contact us if there are any errors.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel an order if products are not available or if there is an error in pricing.

3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery is carried out by our logistics partners.
3.2 The delivery period is usually 3-5 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.
3.3 If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping costs
4.1 Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process This cost for a delivery of 1 mat is 15 euros for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany. For France, the delivery cost is 19 euros. For other countries, please send a mail to request the price.

5. Delivery Address
5.1 Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect address information.
5.2 Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. If you are not present, the carrier may attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors or make a new delivery attempt.

6. Risk and Ownership.
6.1 Risk of loss of or damage to the Cartesio Mat passes to the customer from the time of delivery.
6.2 Ownership of the Cartesio Mat passes to the customer once we have received full payment.

Returning

7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 You have the right to revoke the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the Cartesio Mat without giving reasons.
7.2 To use the right of revocation, you must notify us in writing within the revocation period via e-mail or our return form.
7.3 The Cartesio Mat must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
7.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Cartesio Mat, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

8. Complaints
8.1 If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us by email or telephone. We aim to deal with your complaint within 5 working days.
8.2 In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you may submit the dispute to the competent arbitration board.
